I’ve used and developed Filemaker solutions for about 20 years. Un.titled’s CRM and accounts system has evolved over the last few years. We actually purchased a design company management solution a few years ago called Traffic which was also based in Filemaker. After a few months of using it I decided it was probably easier to develop something that fit around our business rather than trying to adapt to Traffic. The developer Sohnar kindly refunded us the £13K we had spent. After two weeks we had a working system which continues to grow. Now trying to think how we can take this to the iPhone and iPad.
I might develop something around the solution I built for NK. This is essentially a CRM and fulfilment package for DIY bands. It’s great for managing email lists for fans, press contacts and keeping track of sales of CDs and merchandise.
